AV Recruitment Pty. Ltd. has been formed in response to industry's demands on its parent-company Apprenticeships Victoria (AV). AV has a proud history of providing apprentices and trainees to a myriad of companies since 1982, and its success over this extended period has seen it grow to become Australia's largest group training company. As a result of numerous requests and our ongoing relationship with Monash University, AV has extended its operations into general recruitment by forming AV Recruitment Pty. Ltd. AV Recruitment Pty. Ltd. is staffed by recruitment specialists chosen from the ranks of AV, and as a corporate member of the Recruitment Consulting Services Association Ltd. (RCSA) is bound by the association's Code of Conduct.
